Thank you for choosing our software. We aim to provide our customers with high-quality products and services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or cancellation policy outlined below.
Refunds

Please note that the Company will refund the appropriate amount via NEFT or such other banking channel as determined by the Company from time to time. No refund in cash will be made by the Company.
- Additionally, the Company shall not be held responsible and/or accountable for crediting refund money to the wrong account due to incorrect details furnished by the customer.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and explain the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will not be granted if it has been purchased from a third-party retailer.
- In case of any refund approved by eFloz IT Services, it will take 9 to 15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Subscriptions
eFloz doesn't force you into an annual subscription as a condition for using our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose between monthly and annual subscriptions. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the monthly subscription cost. For any services availed on a monthly / annual basis, the customer may choose to discontinue the subscription plan
Illustration Monthly
If a customer has paid the total subscription cost of INR ‘B’ for ‘eFloz Services’ for the month of May 2023 and intends to discontinue the subscription in the middle of May 2023, then the refund amount will be determined by solving for ‘A’ in the formula.

Illustration Annually
If a customer has paid the total subscription cost of INR ‘B’ for ‘eFloz Services’ for the month of June 2022 and intends to discontinue the subscription in the month of September 2022, then the refund amount will be determined by solving for ‘A’ in the formula :

Partial Downgrade
There may be situations where you wish to partially downgrade your subscription. Partial downgrade occurs if, during your monthly / annual subscription period, downgrade the edition of our services, downgrade your paid support plan, or remove an add-on that you had previously purchased. In case of a partial downgrade of the subscription, you will be provided credits in the form of an extension of the subscription for the active licenses. The discounts that were applied will be excluded from calculating X,
To calculate the downgrade value for an annual subscription, INR X = total Subscription cost INR (B) - (Subscribed plan price x number of months used).
Similarly for calculating the monthly subscription, Subscribed plan price per day will be multiplied by no.of days used.Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your subscription or service, please write us at support@efloz.com
- We will do our best to address your issue, provide a workaround or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs.
- If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the software and any related services. It is your responsibility to back up your data accordingly before cancellation.
- Similarly, for monthly subscriptions, cancellations made at any point during the subscription term will be charged until the day on which the cancellation request is received.
- Service charges of 10 to 15 % (approx) may apply to refund amount over cancellation.
Exception to our Refund Policy
Please note that we will not entertain a request for a refund (FULL or PRORATION) when we have suspended or terminated your access to eFloz Services due to a violation of our Terms of Service
